Sarah Rodgers has spent more than 25 years working with children and families and now leads Academy For The ONE with a heart for helping every student reach their full potential. Guided by the mission and vision of Church For The ONE, she combines her love of learning with a deep commitment to faith and community.

During her career with Polk County Schools, Sarah earned her National Board Certification and was named Teacher of the Year at three different schools. She later served for over a decade as the Children’s Pastor at the Highland Park

campus before joining the Executive Team at Church For The ONE.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College and a Master’s degree in Education from Southeastern University. She also serves on the Polk County Schools District Advisory Board where she advocates for strong, local education.

Outside of her work, Sarah enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and attending local sporting events. She and her husband, Anthony, are parents of four daughters

and proudly call Church For The ONE home.
